Step 1 | Review your options.

Step 2 | Assemble your financial profile.

Once you have familiarized yourself with the available services, we ask that you print the Personal Financial Statement (PFS) and the Financing Consulting Agreement (FCA) provided below. The PFS highlights critical information that lenders and investors will want to know about your personal finances; everything from descriptions of your assets to identification of your sources of income. This will give you a good idea of what lenders look for and how your financial profile will appear to them. Such forms must be carefully completed before submission to a lender. The FCA discloses Franchise Financials role as an independent advisory corporation, and not as an agent.

Step 3 | Submit your financial documentation.

Send your personal financial statements, including tax returns from the previous two years and the signed FCA. These items can be mailed, faxed or emailed for review.  After receiving these documents, we will typically schedule a telephone consultation within one business day. During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to voice any questions or concerns. We will also offer possible financing avenues and advice regarding the best programs for your individual situation. Upon completion of the initial consultation, we will provide applications and other forms to you on behalf of Anytime Fitness’s preferred funding agents.
